Frequently asked questions about post-construction cleaning
This FAQ answers the questions general contractors, developers, delivery managers, and owners usually ask before final handover cleaning.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between post-construction cleaning and final closeout cleaning?
- Post-construction cleaning can cover the broader site need, including interim phases. Final closeout cleaning is the last delivery pass before inspection, possession, or official turnover.
- Do you work on active job sites?
- Yes. We can work on active sites when access, sequencing, and delivery-ready zones are coordinated with the project team.
- Do you also clean common areas, windows, and parking garages?
- Yes. Depending on the agreed scope, we cover units, lobbies, corridors, elevators, common areas, glazing, underground parking, and technical zones.
- How is a post-construction intervention scoped?
- Scope depends on unit count, square footage, site condition, access constraints, and the finish level expected at handover.
- Is ASP Construction certification required?
- Yes for active construction sites. That is one reason regular cleaning is not equivalent to contractor-ready post-construction work.
- Do you handle pre-delivery touchups and deficiency calls as well?
- Yes. We can cover the initial handover, pre-delivery refreshes, and targeted deficiency-call cleanup after inspection.
- How do I request a quote?
- Send the building type, city, site phase, square footage or unit count, common areas to include, and target delivery date. We then build a clear, workable quote path.
