I bring 10+ years of management experience in the construction industry: residential project delivery, field coordination, client relations and after sales service. I've worked directly with general contractors, site supervisors and project managers across Montreal, Laval and the North Shore.
I've seen what works… and what gets expensive: delays, missed details, lack of standards, and sloppy handovers. I understand exactly what the industry demands for a compliant delivery: impeccable cleanliness, schedule respect, site safety and finished details.
Unable to find a post construction cleaning subcontractor who consistently met those standards, I chose to build my own end of build cleaning company.
Holding a Master's degree in Business Administration, I apply structured methods to deliver clean results, ready for handover, and aligned with Quebec contractor and builder standards.
